Last year I had the opportunity to visit an Amazon Fulfillment Center in California. It was really amazing to meet so many Amazon employees, tour the center, and see how efficient all of their processes are to get all of our orders out. I can only imagine how busy the fulfillment centers have been during the past few months and was really curious about what was going on behind the scenes and what has changed over at Amazon since the Pandemic.

Do your feet hurt? After a long day on your feet you may notice that your feet might begin to swell, your toes feel crampy and the arches/heels of your feet feel achy! Don’t worry because today I am sharing 6 stretches that you can incorporate into your daily routine to soothe your achy feet!

Here are the benefits to each and how to properly practice!
Regular Squat: Aims to strengthen! You will feel these almost instantly in your glutes, hamstrings and abs. It also helps maintain mobility and balance in your body which is super important!
How to:
1. Stand with feet just over shoulder with apart, toes pointing forward.
2. Keep your spine straight, abs engaged as you begin to bend your knees and hips to a 90 degree angle. Keep knees in the center of your feet and weight in your heels.
3. Carefully stand and repeat!
The secret to increasing your flexibility, building strength and making yoga poses feel amazing are YOGA blocks!! If you’re not sure how to use them or why people would want to use them today I am going to break it down for you!!
