Want to sleep better?!?

Try these amazing night time stretches before bed for a relaxing night sleep and to help you fall asleep faster!!

Here is the routine:


1. Child’s pose with pillow (30 seconds)
2. Table top: stretch wrists and pad out ankles (15 seconds)
3. Thread the needle (30 seconds each side)
4. Seated Forward Fold with pillow (1 minute)
5. Happy Baby (1 minute)
6. Simple Twist (45 seconds each side)
7. Savasana (3 minutes or go right to sleep from here!!)


I love how restorative, relaxing and gentle this flow is and using your pillow is a great modification to help get into a deeper stretch!!
