This 10 minute all levels guided yoga flow is targeted to reduce your period symptoms such as cramps, bloating and fatigue.

Note: These poses are meant to stretch the abdominals, release lower back tension and help your body flush toxins. AVOID inversions, full wheel pose, plow pose and anything that requires too much ab strength during your period as all of these can make your symptoms worsen.
