Do you have bad posture?! If you spend a lot of your time hunched over a desk, computer and/or phone - over time you may start slouching, developing hunched shoulders, and losing the upper back flexibility to keep yourself standing up tall. Don’t worry because today I am sharing 6 stretches that you should incorporate right now into your daily routine to improve your posture and relieve any back and shoulder pain.

After doing these poses your chest will feel open, your core will feel strong and you will begin to stand and sit with much better posture! I also believe that having better posture leads to more self confidence - which is so important! I truly think everyone can benefit from these poses!!
