Does your shoulder hurt!? Shoulder pain is typically caused by stress, work or just life in general! We hold so much tension in our shoulders!! Instead of grabbing for the aspirin (or continuing to suffer) try these 6 relaxing and effective stretches to target shoulder pain!!


1. Clasped Hands Stretch x 45 seconds 
2. Seated Side Stretch (my fav!) x 2 minutes each side 
3. Eagle Arms x 30 seconds each side
4. Cat Cow x 10 times 
5. Dynamic Childs’s Pose x 10 times
6. Thread The Needle x 1 minute each side!

I have suffered from shoulder pain my whole life and the only way I have found to help it long term is with consistent stretching!!
